my memories
awaken unaware
of the hidden horrors
forever found in
drifting dreams
I’m intruded
every evening
with whispers of
past problems
scenes seducing insanity
cheating childhood
from one girl
my memories
awaken unaware
of the hidden horrors
forever found in
drifting dreams
I’m intruded
every evening
with whispers of
past problems
scenes seducing insanity
cheating childhood
from one girl
I saw gardens missing honey and starch
Yellows can’t be green
In a place where blue becomes god of home
& the tear wept leaves leafs dry
Under a sun born to burn
The path left here
Won’t be walked on again
It’s tired & bees will bring you breaded crumbs
That lead you back home
Time & time again
unable to write
paralyzed beneath the snow
snowflakes I can clear
but I thought the avalanche
was supposed to stop
Waking up tomorrow
wishing I was a way, unwary
to the world I walk, that I was
without regret, wrongs, or
worries that my wild ways will
wind up wrecking me
A full moon
I stand on the top
Of the empty parking garage
Looking up
Waiting
Waiting
The clouds will cover it soon
And I will be left
Standing along
