No More Oceans

Posted on March 10, 2015 by Jesswithpoems

I see now

where to go

I tried to fly

across the ocean

To find the islands

they all write about

But I am no seagull

only a lone eagle

I will rebuild my nest

high on the mountains

And fly

on the roughest currents

Here is where

I remember who I am
